Patient Resources

At Gramercy Dental Suite, we understand that visiting the dentist can be stressful for some patients. That’s why we make every effort to provide clear and comprehensive patient information, so that our patients know what to expect during their visit.

What to bring: Patients should bring their insurance card, photo ID, and any necessary paperwork (such as new patient forms) to their appointment. They should also bring a list of any medications they are currently taking.

Insurance and billing: We accept most insurance plans and will work with patients to help them understand their coverage. We also offer flexible financing options for patients who may not have insurance or who have coverage that does not fully cover the cost of their treatment.

Appointments and cancellations: Patients can schedule appointments by calling our office or using our online booking system. We request that patients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise a $50 late cancellation fee is incurred.

Office hours: Our office is open Monday through Friday 10am-6pm (closed 1pm-2pm for lunch). We also offer emergency support for patients who need urgent attention outside of regular office hours monitoring text and voicemail.

Patient forms: We provide patients with the necessary forms to fill out before their appointment via text. This will help to expedite the check-in process and ensure that we have all the necessary information to provide the best possible care.

How to determine if your dentist is good for you

There are several ways to determine if your dentist is good for you:

Check their credentials: Make sure they are licensed to practice dentistry and are in good standing with their professional organizations.

  1. Ask for recommendations: Ask friends, family members, or other healthcare professionals for recommendations.
  2. Research online reviews: Look for patient reviews and testimonials on websites such as Google and Yelp.
  3. Check for additional qualifications: See if the dentist has any additional qualifications or certifications that may indicate a higher level of expertise.
  4. Consider the dentist’s years of experience, Cleanliness and Comfort level of the clinic or office.
  5. You can ask directly to the dentist about their experience, the procedure they use and the technology they have.

Ultimately, it is important to find a dentist that you feel comfortable with and trust to provide quality care for your oral health needs.
